JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
• Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications.
• Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence.
• Laising with dormitory, vendors and related parties and internal customer.
• Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant.
• Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing.
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process.
• Maintain & update the HR system.
• Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing and registration.
• Manage the employee’s communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc.
• Other administrative duties.
• Ad hoc duties.
