Human Resource Executive / Security Industry / East

Our client is a Security Service MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business Adminstration / HR or other relevant equivalent field of study.
• Min 2 years relevant experienc

• Handle front desk inquiries from phone calls and visitors.
• Oversee the supply and organization of office stationery and equipment.
• Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
• Handle applications and renewals of security licenses.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment certificates and confirmation letters.
• Perform HR and recruitment tasks, including onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding/offboarding processes, career fairs, etc.
• Any other HR duties as assigned.
