RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude with strong desire to learn.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good Housekeeping Practices.
• IHRP certified / Familiarization with Singapore Employment Act is a plus.

• Manage HR functions to enhance organization performance and employee engagement. The functions include talent recruitment, administrative management, performance management.
• Responsible for employment related issues such as maintenance of employees record, and applications such as renewal, cancellation and tax clearance for foreign employees.
• Responsible for company employee engagement activities.
• Work closely with the management, employees to implement HR policies effectively.
• Learn and adopt new digital HR technologies to enhance work effectiveness.
