Responsibilities:

  • Talent Scout Extraordinaire: Channel your inner detective to recruit and onboard exceptional talent. You’ll connect with local colleges, attend job fairs, and engage with the community to bring the best and brightest into our fold.
  • Guardian of Employee Files: Ensure our personnel files are not just compliant but a source of pride. You will maintain records, track mandatory training, and ensure every document tells a story of commitment and growth.
  • Training Maestro: Unleash your creativity by designing and delivering engaging training sessions, including CPR & First Aid. You’ll inspire employees to learn, grow, and excel in their roles, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Employee Advocate: Be the voice of our employees! Address their concerns with empathy and professionalism, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Your role in enhancing employee morale will be pivotal.
