The right candidate will be responsible for the general daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting and interviewing, employee relations, employee engagement, safety, and enforcing company policies and practices. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalates complex and/or sensitive matters to manager. Audits payrolls for accuracy and timeliness. Recruitments for open positions and collaborates regularly with hiring managers from job requisition through hire. Manages employee concerns and complaints and conducts investigations when involving highly sensitive matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other work-related matters to document findings and make recommendations on appropriate actions. Works with Supervisors on corrective action plans, performance counseling, and disciplinary actions and procedures. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Safety representative for HR, assists with accidents and related required reporting; completes OSHA 300A form annually, posts internally and record information online per compliance requirements by deadline. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices and makes recommendations to maintain compliance.

Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. Salary range for this role is $58,000 - $85,000 annually based upon experience.
