JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist will handle a range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. The role is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment and supporting our staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Previous HR experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.

• Recruitment: Post job openings and assist in hiring new staff.Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Employee Support: Address employee questions and concerns.Help resolve workplace issues and support employee satisfaction.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs.Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Assist with performance reviews and training programs.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and clinic policies.Keep up-to-date with changes in HR regulations.
