ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Human Resources department works collaboratively with leadership to make sure our employees are taken care of. In this role, you will support the HR department by assisting with equipment rollout to new employees, onboarding, monitoring employee records and assist with employee surveys; to name a few. This role is heavily focused on the employee experience and ensuring it is a good one.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage KabaFusion’s internship program
• Develop and gather data to provide useful HR metrics
• Track performance reviews to ensure they are being completed in a timely manner
