Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and policy implementation. This role ensures the organization’s HR practices align with business objectives and labor laws.
1.Recruitment & Onboarding-Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems accordingly.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing workplace issues promptly. Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions following company policies. Organize employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
3. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Keep records of compliance-related documents, such as contracts and workplace policies.
4.Performance Management & Training- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and feedback. Identify training needs and assist in organizing development programs. Track employee progress and support succession planning efforts.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans. Address employee queries regarding benefits and compensation.
6.HR Data & Reporting- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.). Use HR software to manage and analyze employee data for strategic decision-making.
