Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
- Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
- Assist in preparation in Payroll
- Assist in granting consolidated documents
- Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
- Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Tea
