Description:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Assist with the recruitment process from the initial stage until the filling of the vacant position.
- Provide support in the development of Work Skills Plans.
- Assists with managing the administration of Employee Benefits.
- Provide support in the administration of Bursary in the Agency.
- Provide support to Employee Specialists to facilitate the implementation of Grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate Human Resource reports.
MINIMUM FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Human resources management/ Industrial psychology/ Labour relations/ Organisational psychology
