Our client is a boutique private equity firm with over $50 million in AUM. They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for firm-wide recruiting, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations and assessment, talent management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of human resources principles, employment laws, and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives
  • Substantial knowledge of local, state, and federal employment guidelines

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent
  • Lead firm-wide human resources best practices compliant with all federal, state, city, and county specific requirements and applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Design, execute, and optimize compensation and benefits programs and administration to maintain market competitiveness
  • Support business leaders and department heads on human resources polices, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage new employee onboarding, training, and orientation
  • Lead and administer mid-year and year-end performance reviews
  • Collaborate with General Counsel and manage employee legal contracts and administration
  • Collaborate with department heads in maintaining firm ESG status and strategies
  • Manage all recruiting agency relationships and serve as main point-of-contact
