The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for firm-wide recruiting, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations and assessment, talent management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of human resources principles, employment laws, and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives
- Substantial knowledge of local, state, and federal employment guidelines

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent
- Lead firm-wide human resources best practices compliant with all federal, state, city, and county specific requirements and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Design, execute, and optimize compensation and benefits programs and administration to maintain market competitiveness
- Support business leaders and department heads on human resources polices, procedures, and best practices
- Manage new employee onboarding, training, and orientation
- Lead and administer mid-year and year-end performance reviews
- Collaborate with General Counsel and manage employee legal contracts and administration
- Collaborate with department heads in maintaining firm ESG status and strategies
- Manage all recruiting agency relationships and serve as main point-of-contact
