The Role:

  • Design and implementation of the organisations’ culture change, engagement, and Diversity, Equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy
  • Create roadmap centered around Culture and Engagement initiatives
  • Design and oversee the on-boarding experience to enhance assimilation and engagement
  • Recommend approaches for employee surveys and implement action plans based on Pulse Surveys and eNPS
  • Partner with Corporate Communications Team to promote employer branding and corporate culture to external audience
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee communications
  • Lead enterprise-wide culture change initiatives
  • Develop strategy and programs to reduce turnover, increase productivity and enhance employee experience
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team in recruitment branding and communication campaigns Create programs that align initiatives to promote engagement, diversity and inclusion
  • Measure impact and progress of core programs and make recommendations based on results for future areas of focus

The Person:

  • Possess a Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • Possess at least 8 years of related HR experience with a focus on culture, employee engagement and employee experience, with previous experience in leading a team
  • Prior experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning
  • Prior experience in implementing engagement and change programs, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
  • Excellent change management and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead innovative and/or transformative projects and strives for continuous improvements
