Description:

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As our new Manager & HR Business Partner you will be trusted partner to the managers for our Sales Organization in Poland as well as for the managers of our European Business Support Center (BSC) in Poznan. In this position, you will partner with local and regional managers to enable business initiatives. You will report to the Human Resource Director Europe, Dirk. Join us on our journey as we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions !

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Collaborate with the management on “effective leadership” practices, and constantly reinforce training initiatives in collaboration with global L&D and within the local management to increase leadership skills and culture.
  • Stay close to the “pulse” and monitor employees’ needs and engagement via different tools and practices, e.g. employee engagement surveys etc.
  • Consult with the management, providing HR guidance when appropriate and on employee issues, incl. disciplinary and legal issues. Partner closely with global C&B function for C&B assessments and pay strategy refining.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the Legal department as required.
  • Strengthen culture and organizational belonging while creating an BSC identity through various events, management meetings, sharing sessions, etc.
  • Adopting global HR programs and initiatives into local HR force and practice, including system adjustments and client communication.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Solid significant Human Resources experience (HRBP) in areas like; employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training.
  • Deep knowledge in employment and labor local laws is important. Good understanding of general Human Resources policies.
  • Successfully working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.
  • Very good level of English in written and spoken form. Excellent communication and people skills.
