Description:
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring that high standards of performance are maintained
Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, provide guidance to HR staff on resolving conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new employees
Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to promote high performance
Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up to date, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with best practices
Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives
Data and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Change Management: Lead HR-related change initiatives and support the organization through transitions
Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology or telecommunications environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Google Suite preferable
