Description:

Summary: The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s culture, talent acquisition, employee development and overall workplace well-being. This person will oversee all human resources functions, develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, and create a vibrant and inclusive culture which reflects the company’s core values. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an ON-SITE only opportunity based in Corona California.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR.
  • Experience with Paycor a plus
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration is preferred.
  • Driven and highly self-motivated.
  • Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and flexible.
  • Embodies strong decision-making, planning, and good judgment. Able to be entrusted with confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and people skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and work well with others.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Adept at time management and able to work with finite deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Must have an excellent driving record, valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and flexible.
