• Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions ; including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations and retention, grievance handling, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee handbook, records management, safety and health.
• Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
• Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.
