Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled human resource manager with relevant experience and expertise to join our client’s dynamic team. You will be overseeing aspects of human resources processes across diverse business areas including Agri-business, Construction, Investment, Marine Logistics, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in multiple business sectors, particularly Agri-business, Construction, Investment, Marine Logistics, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
