We specialize in providing tailored HR solutions that drive business success. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager who can lead our HR initiatives and help shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Handle resourcing needs for both seasonal and permanent staff, employing effective sourcing and retention strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to support HR processes, including compensation, benefits, and employment agreements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and serve as the primary HR contact.
  • Identify training and development needs, and implement relevant programs.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations with employees and unions.
  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety, and equal employment opportunity programs to ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee the application of redundancy and retrenchment policies.
  • Monitor employment costs and productivity levels.
  • Provide training and advice to other managers on personnel and workplace relations matters.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Knowledge of performance management, recruitment, and employee relations best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform HR decisions.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45 per hour. Employees will work a standard 35-hour workweek from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While additional hours may be required, they are optional
