HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER- ROMANIA

Location: Bucharest office
Type of Employment : Full time (n-site)
Report : Vice President of HR international
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Bucharest, responsible for managing the full onboarding process and maintaining accurate employee records. This role includes administering employee benefits programs, handling payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in a multinational environment. Fluency in English is essential, and Oracle system knowledge is a plus. A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are key for success in this role.

  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation, and training scheduling.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
  • Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation leave.
  • Assisting employees with benefit inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits enrollment or coverage.
  • Communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry and payroll adjustments.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and addressing employee inquiries regarding pay and deductions.
  • Collaborating with management to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language is mandatory.
  • Previous experience within a multinational environment would be considered ideal for this role.
  • Professional use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Oracle system knowledge will be considered as an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, communication skills.
  • Strong reporting skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
