Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Officer, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and managers to deliver comprehensive HR advice, support, and services to the Peak Downs and Caval Ridge project.
This role is based at our Southbank Head Office, with occasional travel to site required.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR systems and reporting, coordinating documentation, assisting with training initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve HR queries. This role provides a great opportunity to build your skills and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
