Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Admin assistant to join our organization on a part time basis (21 hours per week). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our
mission by overseeing various administrative functions, which may include HR activities.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in human resources or a related field is preferred, with a minimum of
2 years’ experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication
with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and laws, including familiarity with relevant
legislation such as the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Occupational Health and Safety
Act, and the Employment Standards Act.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, demonstrating a

Responsibilities:

objectives of the organization.
