- Employee Records: Maintain personal, attendance, and leave records.
- Recruitment: Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Leave Management: Handle applications and balances.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate processes.
- HR Documentation: Prepare employment documents and necessary.
- Employee Queries: Respond to HR inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensure labor law and policy compliance.
- HR Reporting: Generate reports and aid in data analysis.
- Foreign Worker Passes: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
