  • Employee Records: Maintain personal, attendance, and leave records.
  • Recruitment: Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Leave Management: Handle applications and balances.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate processes.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare employment documents and necessary.
  • Employee Queries: Respond to HR inquiries.
  • Compliance: Ensure labor law and policy compliance.
  • HR Reporting: Generate reports and aid in data analysis.
  • Foreign Worker Passes: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
