Job Description
Purpose
To contribute to the organization by constantly supporting the HR function. To sponsorship change in other departments work practices, by promoting, the overall success of the organization. To champion the identification of the organizations vision, values, goals, and action plans. Finally, to help determine the measures that will assist the organization in how well it is succeeding in all the functions.

Basic Function
To operate with the highest level of confidentiality and to maintain and protect the integrity of personnel records. Professional presentation and follow company policies. Display high integrity, strong work ethic, well-balanced understanding `and positive attitude with customers, co-workers, and management.
Specific Duties
- Support (data input) the HR responsibility of maintaining OSHA compliance regarding Workers Compensation.
- Support (assist with basic set up) responsibility with the interview process, hiring process by Orientation.
- Support HR responsibility for Workers Compensation by assisting with medical necessities (docs.), creating (data entry), and maintaining both written and verbal communications with HR Manager.

- Admin. assist in HR responsibility in Penn National Insurance cases regarding accidents/incidents, as well as non-filed cases by creating and maintaining the tracking of new and existing cases.
- Assist in the responsibility for maintaining the security of Employee Records while ensuring all correspondence pertaining to employees are filed appropriately and accurately.
- Assist (admin. support) with tracking the NTA Random drug screens that are submitted, assisting with the enforcement of random screens and follow up and through the results in a timely manner.
- Assist (admin. support) with enrollment process and/or termination of Benefit Programs.
- Assist with responsibility of past employee Verification of Employment.
- Responsible for Uniform (Polo shirts, pants, etc.) clothing for New and existing employees, maintain a constant inventory. Maintaining an open communication of the order that was previously approved. Accurate tracking list of all.
- Support and tracking of approved donations. Consistent communication of such.
- Assist with the responsibility for requesting and obtaining ABC Permits for all qualified employee, per Exec. Mgt. (RL, DNL and/or B. Shore).
- Admin. Assist to HR Mgr. responsibility of ESC Claims by maintaining and documenting correspondence (tracking). Also, admin support of HR Mgr. scheduled hearings with appropriate Managers in seeing through the claims.
- Assist with the creating (graphics dept.) and displaying Holiday and other needed signage.
- Assist with catering, as needed.
- As needed, assisting HR Mgr. with candidates/pre-hire MVRs and Portals (ie: data input/results for background, drug, HPE/injury, etc.).
- Basic Paycom understanding and data input support, as needed.
- Assist with Security Badges (Portal). Upon approval, ordering of cards, etc.
- Support and assist in special projects such as charity events (ie: JVKK, etc.), and any company events, as needed.
- Other Admin. duties include, but not limited to, assisting, and tracking of new hire file set up, scanning, uploading, tracking, and filing.
