Description:
HealthServe is an IPC registered charity that advocates for a society where every migrant worker lives a life of health, well-being and dignity. As a healthcare NGO, we seek to bring hope and healing to the migrant worker community through the provision of holistic health and social care.
We are searching for a dedicated Human Resources & Administrative Executive to join our team. This position reports to the Organisational Development, Senior Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), preferably in Human Resource Management
2-3 years related experience
Ability to work independently and has a mature disposition
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCES ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports HR operations like recruitment, attending to employees’ enquiries, training and employee relations.
Assists with the implementation of initiatives related to organisational culture and employee wellness
Manages personnel database to assure accurate and updated personnel records.
Implements onboarding and off-boarding processes to achieve good employee experience.
Organises employee engagement activities to build teamwork and create office vibrancy.
ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the engagement of Board of Directors and Committees such as preparation of documents for meetings.
Supports communication with stakeholders, which includes fielding enquiries that come through our general inbox
Responsible for office operations such as handling office supplies, liaising with vendors on office equipment maintenance and other ad hoc duties as required
Implements safety procedures that are relevant to Workplace Safety and Health
