As Brock Solutions continues to grow and respond to the on-going requirements of major clients, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are currently seeking a Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Kitchener, ON.
Employee-owned company with profit sharing, comprehensive benefits, company events and charitable initiatives, a diverse workplace, BBQs and Lunch & Learns, Sport teams, Group fitness initiatives, and a “We win as a Team” culture are just some of the reasons our employees love working at Brock!
At Brock, we’re creating a people-first culture that keeps employees at the heart of everything we do. If you’re ready to bring your energy, organization, and passion for people to a dynamic work environment, let’s talk!

Responsibilities:

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) people encounter on their HR journey with us. You’ll be orchestrating a smooth experience for all our employees, whether it’s handling day-to-day requests, assisting with onboarding, or managing HR records. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • People Operations: Keep our HR wheels turning smoothly by organizing employee records, including new hire paperwork and benefits enrolments, and managing important HR documents and databases.
  • Employee Experience: Assist with onboarding and offboarding, making sure every new team member feels the love from day one and every departing team member gets a warm send-off.
  • HR Support: Help employees navigate their HR questions and issues with empathy and efficiency, acting as the go-to for any general inquiries.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan internal events, team-building activities, and celebrations that bring our people together.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be on the lookout for ways to make our HR processes easier, faster, and just plain better.
