JOB SUMMARY:

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will oversee a wide array of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Collaborating with various teams and departments, you will ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and actively contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our company’s objectives and values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Human Resources Administrator or a similar HR role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Human Resources Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, to attract top talent and facilitate a seamless hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, address benefits-related inquiries, and oversee open enrollment processes.
  • Maintained accurate employee records, track attendance, and managed leave policies in compliance with relevant labour laws.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to conduct training sessions, workshops, and activities to foster employee development and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as necessary.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
