Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Administrator is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new team members as well as daily administrative work including but not limited to: scanning confidential documentation to the electronic files, answering telephone inquires, and other administrative work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant training or 2+ years of Human Resource experience
    -Experience with interviewing techniques and best practices
    -Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
    -The ability to treat all situations and information confidentiality
    -Great computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook)
    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates
-Check references of each candidate
-Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
-Support the onboarding process for new hires
-Support HR projects and initiatives’, including policy development and implementation
-Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
