As part of the HR department, you’ll play a key role in delivering administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation that supports our company’s success.
JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Administrator will handle a variety of HR tasks, providing administrative support in recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of basic HR policies and labor laws.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and assist in employee onboarding, ensuring all required documents are completed and filed.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits-related information.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Support HR department in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
