As part of the HR department, you’ll play a key role in delivering administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation that supports our company’s success.

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Administrator will handle a variety of HR tasks, providing administrative support in recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic HR policies and labor laws.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee onboarding, ensuring all required documents are completed and filed.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits-related information.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Support HR department in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
