Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for our team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting onboarding, learning and development, and other HR activities. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact and pursue professional HR qualifications along the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding requirements as needed.
  • HR Queries: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing timely and friendly assistance.
    The successful candidate should ideally have experience in an HR administrative role and Level 3 CIPD qualified, but we also welcome candidates who are new to HR and willing to pursue a professional HR qualification (supported by us).
