Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join our HR Department as a vital team member, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple project sites. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the site teams at Eastern Guruma, playing a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive and productive workplace.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Advising site management and employees on company policies and procedures.
- Supporting disciplinary processes and conflict resolution to maintain harmony and compliance.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Contributing to employee relations, performance management, and various HR-driven projects.
