JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Analyst (HRIS) will play a key role in system management and data analytics associated with acquisition and organic activity. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS database, analyzing HR data, and providing strategic insights to improve HR processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a keen eye for detail.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred with work experience through an internship)
  • Experience with project management, design, and implementation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in HR record keeping and documentation
  • Excellent communication both in written form (email and document writing) and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet expected and routine deadlines in a fast-paced business environment without oversight
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented traits
  • Self-motivated, self-starting, with a positive attitude open to flexibility and learning in the role
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Organization Development, or a related field; Human Resources Certification preferred (PHR)
  • Experience in a rapidly growing and evolving company

    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the HRIS.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Develop and generate standard and custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR decision-making and business objectives, such as recruiting, new hire, turnover, leaves of absence.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR processes automation to include:
  • Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding
  • Time & Attendance
  • Carrier Feeds
  • Performance Management
  • Compliance Technology
  • Create and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
  • Maintain user profiles and security management within the system of record.
  • Perform and conduct M&A analytics including employee data reporting, cost comparison analysis, and data preparation for onboarding new entities.
  • Design, develop, and implement system set up for onboarding platform agencies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues and provide technical support to HR staff and end-users.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments to implement and optimize HRIS functionalities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel required (10%).
