Description:

SUMMARY

PosiGen seeks a highly analytical and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to play a key role in shaping our compensation strategy and fostering a rewarding work environment. This individual will leverage their expertise to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of HR metrics, including headcount and attrition trends, and is passionate about contributing to PosiGen’s mission of Solar for ALL.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Compensation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting and presenting complex data. Ability to model data based on proposed plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems. ADP experience is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field and six years of progressively responsible experience in relative fields.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
  • Certified compensation professional credentials are preferred.
