Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources with direct supervision provided by the Human Resources Systems Lead. The Human Resources Analyst is a key member of the HR team and is the technical expert and system administrator for the organizations HR systems including but not limited to HR systems include but not limited to: HRIS (Infor), Time & Attendance (Kronos), Emergency and Scheduling Call-Out System (Vocantas), Volunteer Management System (volgistics), Occupational Health and Safety (Parklane), HR HelpDesk (ServiceDesk Plus).
They are responsible for the effective functioning of the system including security and access control. The HR Analyst is a resource for staff and leaders in all aspects of the HRIS from a super user perspective.
In partnership with the HR Business Partners, HR Systems Lead, and the HR Managers, the HR Analyst will design, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards to support decision making related to the Human Resources function at all levels of the organization.
