Description:
SUMMARY
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources and Benefits Administrator provides administrative support to the Canadian Human Resources function including benefit administration, employee support, data entry, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations and general office duties. While the focus of this role is administrative in nature, you will assist with a variety of projects, programs, and communication initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative team environment. The successful candidate is agile and adaptable, as the projects and priorities change to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate demonstrates our values of integrity, commitment and creativity to achieve success. This position will be located at our 4700 47 Street SE Calgary, AB location.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 Years of HR administrative experience; must include experience with benefits administration
- Diploma/Certification in Human Resources or Business Administration is considered an asset
- SAP and/or SuccessFactors experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; adapts well to change
- Detail oriented - this is a very transaction-based role requiring a high degree of accuracy
