Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources & Payroll Officer to join our team in Lismore, NSW and support our CEO and Leadership team. As a Values driven organization, we are looking for individuals that align with and foster a team environment that reflects our core values of integrity, respect, inclusion, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize HR and ER knowledge, skills to support the full employee lifecycle
  • Prepare and process a fortnightly payroll staying UpToDate with relevant regulations
  • Be an active member of the WH&S Committee
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and HR administration processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the leadership team with talent management functions (including talent, performance and development),
  • fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Generate reports
  • Support staff engagement initiatives.
