As the Human Resources Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience of a wide range of HR activities. You will also be expected to:

• Provide confidential administrative support to the HR team to ensure that we are fully compliant and meet exceptional standards.
• Maintain and update HR personnel records with documents such as letters, training, right to work in the UK documentation, new starter documents etc.
• Assist the HR team with administrative support on delivering our EDI strategy

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a friendly and helpful Apprentice to join our Human Resources team at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
