Reports to: Human Resources Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Supervises: 0
Salary:$17-$19/hour (benefit eligible)
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm; Flexible work schedule may be available after a 90-day introductory period.
Summary: The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience required or an Associate’s Degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or HRMS software is preferred
- Basic knowledge of labor laws is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word and Excel are required.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- The ability to use applicable computer systems, printers, copy/scanner machines, and filing systems is required.
