HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME
Celebrate the Children, a school for children with alternative learning styles has an immediate full-time opening for a dynamic Human Resource Assistant to join our team and work at our Denville campus.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the school HRIS, ADP Workforce Now talent management system.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Actively support the hiring process by managing job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding: Assist in welcoming and processing new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- HR Support: Handle day-to-day HR tasks, act as a liaison for employee inquiries and assist in coordination of employee recognition events.
- Project Management: Engage in various HR department initiatives to enhance organizational functions.
