Description:
- Filing Employee Personal records and other relevant documents.
- Manage and maintain new staffs in SQL System.
- Preparing / Generating payroll in SQL System.
- To maintain proper filing of approved payroll.
- Filing of Management & Guards records. (Application forms, leave records, background screening records (KDN & Private Vetting) and other relevant documents.
- Correspondence with Management (Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Transfer and Termination Letter of Security Guards)
- To prepared & filing Security Services Tender documentation (Private & Government Sector)
- Company license, Insurance Renewal & Correspondence.
- Managing incoming and outgoing email (Payroll Department)
- To assist in other office administrative and account task (if required).
- Providing general support to the team for ad hoc duties and special projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
