Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Wholesale Insurance company. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the HR department. This can be a hybrid or remote role reporting to our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

QUALIFICTIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
