GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a member of the HR Support Centre team, you will provide inquiry and transactional support to our regular employees, managers and retirees on employment related matters such as hiring, employee entitlements, benefits, pension, compensation and HR policies and procedures, through multi-channel (telephony, self-serve portal, mobile app, ServiceNow) and in a fast paced environment.
DESCRIPTION:
Your job duties will include:
- Provide consistent, timely, and accurate response to employees, managers and retirees’ inquiries in accordance with plan rules, corporate policies, and provisions of the collective agreements via multi-channel case management tool.
- Provide consistent, timely, and accurate processing of all transactional HR services via multi-channel case management tool.
- Participate in special assignments and audits for the collection of data and information to support Human Resources programs and initiatives
