Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and busy HR team of 7. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including assisting with the day-to-day operation of the generalist HR function: visitors, annual leave, auditing, recruitment, reporting. You will also have ownership of the casual worker process including payroll submissions and the end of fixed-term contract process.
You will receive relevant training in the delivery of these functions and as one of the first points of contact for HR queries you will develop a thorough understanding of human resource administration.
Crucial skills required for the role include: the ability to handle confidential data appropriately, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work methodically and follow/interpret standard procedures and sources accurately.

The post is full time and available until 30 April 2025. Part-time hours considered - minimum 80% FTE - 29.2 hours. Secondments welcome.
