Description:

SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Associate is an entry-level role responsible for providing HR support to our clients while gaining exposure and practical experience related to various HR functions. This position will partner with the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, HR Consultants, and Recruiters to support various clients and analyze and help resolve business problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 year HR experience
  • Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management; able to prioritize and execute multiple deliverables

Responsibilities:

  • Consult and advise clients on a range of human resource activities, with oversight from HR Consultant or Sr HR Consultant.
  • Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues
  • Ensure HR programs and services follow established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
  • Assist clients with employee compensation
  • Assist clients with employee benefit needs
  • Consult on recruiting processes
  • Provide support to Sr HR Consultants and Consulting team for meetings, presentations, content strategy, and branding.
  • Conduct research and compile information for projects and initiatives;
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and provide support during business coaching sessions.
  • Research and write new policies and procedures; contribute to employee handbooks and training content; provide documents for executive meetings.
  • Collaborate and complete assigned projects to support the People Architects organization and our clients.
