As our Benefits & Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our strategies by analyzing data, evaluating compensation structures, and overseeing benefits programs. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our mission to put people first.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Base Pay: Final offer will be determined based on experience, education, training/certifications and specialized skills. The hourly range for this role is $26.50 - $33.00.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze HR metrics from various sources, providing insights that drive informed decisions.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and enhance compensation structures, conduct market research, and oversee benefits programs to ensure our offerings are competitive and equitable.
  • Compliance & Communication: Ensure accurate enrollment, compliance with legal regulations, and effective communication of benefits and compensation information.
  • Collaboration: Work with finance, HR, and other teams to manage data, conduct audits, and prepare reports for executive leadership.
