QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES BENEFITS GENERALIST
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience with benefits administration, wellness initiatives, FMLA, and ADA
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES BENEFITS GENERALIST
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk the shop floor for extended periods of time.
