Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The HRIS and business Analyst position is in the high skill category and will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of human resources information systems (HRIS) data, coordinating HRIS projects, and providing support for HR systems and applications. The position plays a key role in capturing and maintaining employee information, conducting regular reviews and updates of HRIS processes, and supporting employee movement and compensation processes. Additionally, the analyst supports payroll administration to configure and test payroll processes and approve Workday requests in line with local processes. This role requires a blend of deep technical and IT expertise, HR knowledge to ensure that effective support to HR and to the organization.

- Experience Length : 5 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering, IT, HR or related field
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and databases, such as JDE, Workday or similar platforms. At least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with HR and IT departments.
- Agile and proactive
- Ability to identify, lead, guide and coach project team members on digital opportunities and lead HRA projects to address opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change, communication, digital and training needs for the function.
- Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant digital and process improvement initiatives from project start to finish.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential.
