ABOUT THE JOB
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a solution provider towards their client and a strategic partner on HR-related topics within their scope. The HRBP provides a fully integrated, comprehensive HR role with focus on developing and maintaining relationship with designated domain, providing HR advice and services in line with domain strategic objective
The HRBP is part of a diversified HR Community and will leverage knowledge of specialist HR teams for specialist advice on Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
Post-graduate studies in Human Resources or Social Sciences
At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
Excellent ability to collaborate/Teamwork
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and active listening
Personal Impact/Ability to influence
