SUMMARY PAY RANGE:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

ROLE DEFINITION
Caterpillar is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for an exciting role based in Peoria, IL. In this role you will provide dedicated HR support and guidance to the EPD Global Engineering and Product Management team. You will work closely with the leadership team on their strategic people priorities, providing tailored services and solutions in support of their business and talent needs. As a key member of the EPD Human Resources team, it is important to have growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build an engaging culture. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Collaborating with management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc
- Lead strategic workforce planning focusing on skill identification, succession planning and footprint management.
- Aligning HR policies and programs for their business unit or region which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.Work with global HR partners and process owners.
