Description:

Clemenger Group is searching for a HR Business Partner who is passionate about the employee experience!
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner with interest in designing and embedding people initiatives. You will work directly with our consultancy businesses nationally, as well as on group wide initiatives in the areas of learning & development, leadership development and DE&I, to support the delivery of Clemenger Group’s strategy and culture.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for dedicated national client group, as well as providing support when needed across all agencies in the Sydney office
  • Work in conjunction with the P&C Director to partner with our consultancy businesses to engage and build capability in bringing to life culture, values and EVP
  • Manage employee engagement and performance processes for your stakeholders
  • Lead the implementation of learning & development and career pathway programs
  • Use data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and experience

Knowledge/Experience

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Proven Employee Relations or HR generalist experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policy and legislation whilst developing customer focused solutions
  • End to end program management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify when matters need to be escalated
  • Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
  • High level of computer literacy and experience using a wide range of systems and software
  • Experience managing several tasks concurrently, maintaining attention to detail, documentation and record keeping, to meet deadlines
  • Ability to apply discretion and deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
