DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an HR Business Partner dedicated to supporting the Contact Centre, Operations, and Customer Success teams. This HRBP will play a critical role in driving human resource strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Over three years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a fast-paced and high-growth environment, and are eager to actively contribute to all parts of the HR team.
  • Experienced working with HR systems, enabling efficient management and utilization of these tools.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and are resourceful in resolving complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building strong partnerships at all levels of the company, advising leaders on processes, policies, and other questions.
  • Analytical with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a curiosity for leveraging people data and analytics for business insights.
  • Take initiative and have strong personal accountability for delivering high-quality work, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
